Tuppakaka is a Swedish cake. It is very easy to do, but turns out a wonderful cake. Gooey in the middle, and almost like meringue on top.

Preparation time: 45 minutes,  Cooking time: 25 minutes,   Difficulty Level: Easy,

Ingredients

-  2 Eggs

-  250 G of sugar ,

-   40 G butter,

-  150 G flour ,

-  40 G dry breadcrumbs ,

-  50 G of tapered almonds

Preparation:

·  Preheat the oven to 200°C. Oil a hinged mold about 15 cm in diameter. Sprinkle the bottom with the breadcrumbs.

·  Mix the eggs and sugar and add the melted butter.

·  Add the flour by sieving it, stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

·  Spread this dough in the mold and place the tapered almonds on top.

·  Cook for 25 minutes. Allow to cool a little on a side off before unmoulding.

Note:

- This cake is kept very well for up to 1 week in an airtight container or under stretch film.

- The middle must remain a little soft and the top evokes the meringue.
